HARRIS Hotel and Conventions Kelapa Gading Jakarta

This is my go-to hotel stay for Jakarta for anything 1 week+, it's very good value for your money. The hotel is in an excellent location; attached to Kelapa Gading Mall and lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes all around the area. The in-house restaurant is 24hrs/day. The facilities are great, The staff are always awesome. The laundry service is same day and not expensive. And the rooms are big, comfortable, and clean. I recommend this hotel all the time to friends and family.

Bed, bathroom, room lighting etc were excellent! Clean, quiet and comfy. We had busy days but the night sleeps at Harris were always pleasant and relaxing. Also the location right next to Gading malls is just amazing. Never ran out of things to do/visit.

I extended my stay from an original 3 nights at the hotel to 4 nights. This was a great stay for work. The room itself was modern, clean and spacious with good facilities such as fast WiFi, a powerful rain shower in the bathroom and a comfortable bed. Within the hotel there was a nice swimming pool and gym and best of all- the hotel is located in a vast shopping mall with a huge range of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It served its purpose perfectly and I would recommend for those travelling to this area of Jakarta for either work

It was really nice-man that checked me in -think same gent who checked me out -could not have been more helpful ( sorry did not catch his name) -had 4 Indonesian friends with me -they all enjoyed it -rooms are new? and really clean -good size and comfortable -bedding really nice -attached to shopping mall-great Singaporean restaurant with Laksa just opposite Hotel lobby and great pork place also in shopping mall-Breakfast was really great -maybe they should seat you at a table -but we found one and food quality and variety really great -really fresh food and well cooked. Met Duty Manager ? on departure ( he introduced himself) -sorry did not catch his name -but nice guy. What is quite unusual maybe 1am/2am went to Reception as some of my friends had gone out and was wondering where they were -security guards at front door -spoke fluent English to me -and were nice people -overall a great stay .Must say staff there are special -everyone I came across from room cleaners ,to people at pool, to reception really nice people.

Generally a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. In fact 5 stars to the team! the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast selection not too bad, got to try out some of the local food options.
